Louisville Photographer | Welcome, Baby Rowan

I'm so thrilled to get to be a part of this next chapter for Christy and Jon. I met Christy years ago at Boudoir Louisville, around the time she started dating this guy… next thing you know I was photographing their engagement session, then their awesome Halloween themed wedding in Downtown Louisville. About 7 months ago, I got to photograph their blessed baby announcement and now I'm sharing baby Rowan's first pics. She's a gorgeous redhead born on St. Paddy's day, I can't wait to watch her grow!

Emma in a pumpkin!

I had been so looking forward to doing these pics! Wanted to wait for some good fall colors, but make sure it was warm enough to have Emma outside... then came the rain! This is my niece who lives in Georgetown, Ky. Since I had set aside this day to do pics, we had to knock it out regardless of conditions. I don't think I've ever worked so fast trying to fight the weather and get them done before it started dumping buckets on us! I think we did this session in about 7 minutes. Whew!
